Disney!
We arrived at Disney's "Fort Wilderness campsite on Nov 12th. We have extended our stay until Nov 24 as we love it here! The sites are huge with palm trees and on a concrete pad! Our feet are killing us from all the walking and poor Terry needed a wheelchair today as he couldn't move...but off to more parks tomorrow!
Michael is having a blast, swimming, the rides, driving a golf cart around the campsites, movies in the park, etc etc...it must be great to be a kid!
Terry wasn't sure if he would like visiting "Mickey" and now he has been converted, he loves him! He even bought himself a t-shirt with Mickey on it today!
I knew that I would love it all!!

down in the Carolina's
We left Virginia this morning and made it through North Carolina almost all the way to Columbia, South Carolina. Highway 1 is beautiful, hardly any traffic and lots of beautiful farms etc to look at. The weather has gone back about a month or more for us. Quebec had no leaves on their trees to Pennsylvania having some leaves that were still orange. Virginia had most of the leaves on the trees in fall colours and the Carolina's still have green leaves and green grass!

on the road again!!!
We left Lorraine Quebec yesterday morning in the wet cold drizzle. It was almost snowing out...
Drove to a truck stop in New York state and tried to sleep but there were so many tractor trailers in the parking lot we couldn't sleep with all the noise. One rig parked so close to us we couldn't open our side door of the RV!! We fled in the darkness of the evening to the "Welcome Center" in Pennsylvania...ahh..only 20 or so big rigs parked there and we had a small corner to ourselves.
Followed Interstate 81 through Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia and then followed Highway 17 to the I 95.
Thank goodness for the Flying J truck stops....a place for RV's to park overnight (20 of us RVers here and the big rigs are way over in their own lot), gas, propane, a Denny's restaurant (where Michael ate for free) and free wifi for me!!

MIchael's post
Hey everybody, its me Michael! We’ve been in Quebec for a month and we are eager to get on the road again. In one week we’ll be in Disney world.
Were not going to the Smithsonian only because there will be overwhelming traffic and weather, we want to get to Florida as fast as we can.
We have 8 months left on the trip, I am glad there is so much time left.
Grade 5 is going fantastic.

Happy Halloween
Last night we went out for dinner to Moe's with Tom and Debbie and they gave Michael a huge goody bag filled with candies and Magic card booster packs! When we went to leave their place it started to snow out...ack!
Michael went trick-or-treating in Lorraine dressed as a skeleton. We all went with him and froze ourselves solid, it is so darn cold out! Mike spoke French at most of the houses and he ended up getting tons of candies!

to BC and back again!
I flew to BC to see my new little nephew (and my brother and sister in law of course). My mom flew down from Terrace and we met up at the airport before driving to my grandma's house in Langley.
I also got to see my cousin Christy, her adorable little girl, Rylee and my aunty Kelly.
My little nephew is so tiny and so angelic. He is very good natured, hardly heard a peep from him, except when he was getting his diaper changed!
I was in 3 different time zones in one week so my inner clock was very confused the whole trip....
